J Freeley Ltd were appointed to carry out emergency dismantling works to Victoria Pier in Colwyn Bay following extensive storm damage.
Following the sucessful completion of the Phase I emergency works J Freeley Ltd were appointed to carry out the Phase II works which included the following:
- Structural survey
- Propping, overbearing and edge protection
- Licensable and non-licensable asbestos removal works
- Internal strip out works
- Structural dismantling
- Demolition
- Removal of piles
- Reinstatement of beach area
- Installation of new security fencing
